4 Ways to Use a Thanksgiving Math Center Activity in Kindergarten (19 freebies included)
Hey, hey! Can we cue the gratitude activities, turkey and Thanksgiving fun now or is it still too early? 🦃 I know, you’re probably thinking: “GIRL, you are way too excited! November is a super busy month.” While I totally agree with you, I must also say, it’s such a fun time for our kiddos!

Want a quick and easy math center for Thanksgiving time? I got you! This was one of my favorite activities to send home for my Kindergarten class because it kept the little ones entertained, challenged and practicing their rote and skip counting.
Be sure to encourage the parents to set the mood first and get some excitement started in their home.

Play your favorite Thanksgiving/kindness songs on a streaming device or CD in their computer.

Diffuse some fun and woodsy essential oils for a complete sensory experience.

Hang some paper disguised turkeys and cornucopias from the ceiling.

Laminate the pieces of your center activity and place them in a faux fall leaves sensory bin with fine motor tools.

Model the activity and have a fun-filled time!
